Q: Why won't my CD work on a network? A: The CD was not designed to run on a network platform. The CD is designed to operate on individual computers. We are looking into the feasability of adding this functionality in the next release.
Q: Why is the screen so small? A: The screen size is based upon the resolution of your computer monitor which varies depending on the age of your monitor. If you want to enlarge the CD screen, go to the START menu, select SETTINGS, choose CONTROL PANEL, and select DISPLAY. Once the DISPLAY window opens, choose the SETTINGS tab. Under Screen resolution, pull the cursor to 1024 x 768 pixels or less. Now push the OK button. This will increase the CD screen size. When finished, go back to the Display menu and reset your original settings.
Q: Why can't I download images? A: The product data and images are encrypted for security. You may download images from the online catalog by right clicking on the image. This is allowed on the online version since users must log on and authenticate themselves as Zimmer employees or associates.
Q: I'm having trouble finding a product with the Search feature. A: The best way to locate a product is by entering a product number. This will take you to the product page. If you do not know a product number, try using a keyword such as the brand name. If you know you are looking for a HIP product, instead of Search All, select HIPS. This will speed up the search results.
